Dropped off Pompadour Pete and his little stab Coco Lopez at the Hotel Flamboyancé there on Pillsbury Avenue so they could have a week of nothing but sin, and just the thought of it made me queezy....So I went for tacos! Not being familiar with the area I asked around for the best tacos, and got a ton of answers, so I refined my question too...where to get the best crunchy tacos¿

I used to eat at Garcia JoJo's back in the early 1980's. Then life happened and I moved to LA for 30 years. I have been back now 12 and I FINALLY went back. I do not know why I waited so long! Once again, it is my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Modesto. I cannot drive down McHenry without stopping for a #2. What do they put in their enchilada sauce that makes it so yummy? Wish they did not have plastic knives and forks, but it is understandable. It is so above regular...

The wait time is long but it's worth it. At least for the breakfast burrito. Ask for their green sauce ??. Not spicy just delicious. The chips are hit and miss. And the service is usually outstanding. Just not during this visit. This is still my go to spot for breakfast burritos.
