I’ve had a lot of Chinese food places as it’s my favorite kind of cuisine and when I’m in Modesto this is my go to always super nice and super tasty the pricing you can’t beat with large portions for two under $14 it’s an amazing place I highly recommend it over any other place

I ordered egg flower soup and they have tofu in it I have a highly allergic reaction to tofu and the manager says it's not his problem and hung up on me that's not the way to run a business I will not go back to that place they lost my business

My issue with my order is the online ordering app Beyond Menu. The app charges a $6.98 delivery fee, I paid an additional $15 (20%+) tip to the driver. That's fine. My problem is that I provided instructions on the delivery; gate code, apartment location, and instructions to leave on the bench by the front door/ring doorbell. None of my instructions were given to the driver. Instead, the driver nearly left because I didn't realize he was texting me with issues. I had to meet him, let his car through the gate, and direct him to my apartment. The whole point of ordering online and paying a delivery premium is for convenience and this was definitely an inconvenience. I have toddlers in my home, and I wanted a no-contact delivery. Then, I'm being nagged at by the driver that I should make sure to provide instructions next time and that they get it!! What the hell? And he's trying to tell me to make sure he gets his stars?? I called House of Potsicker to complain about the order and they didn't care, just saying it's not their fault and to contact Beyond Menu (which is their preferred delivery service btw). If you go to Beyond Menu and scroll down, it says, Delivery issues? Contact (House of Potsicker phone number). No accountability for poor service. Not from the restaurant, driver, or ordering app Beyond Menu. I'm very dissatisfied.
