Protein waffle was delish as well as the energizing tea that was customized for me. I brought my 1.5 year old who made herself at home lol it was our first time there and highly recommend it . :)
Very clean, chill atmosphere.The Owner is very knowledgeable in health and fitness.Great place to get a nutritional drink or shake when you're staying up on your health and fitness game. ??

I’ve never been a fan of protein shakes, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with this. For those with lactose intolerance, all shakes are made with water so no worries there. Even though it’s made with water it’s very creamy and rich. Definitely check it out if you can’t find the right spot for your protein shakes.
