“I like this place a lot it's clean the workers seem so very nice especially this one lil girl named Cassandra. She was so nice & seemed to be so very happy. Even though her boss seemed to be sweating everything that her staff was doing. Anyway yeah I like this place“
“If you make a minor mistake on the Jack app, the lady at the window kinna gives you a hard time, and wasn't helpful on trying to fix it or make you happy overall. Thank goodness there was some1 behind her and maybe have more seniority, fixed my order with no problem and made me happy. Just wish I knew the name of the white lady cashier who was not really a pleasant person to deal with during early morning hrs.
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there is, just didn't notice but there is Handicap parking.“
“They really upped their game the person that runs it is so attentive to her customers. The food is great though I wish there were more diet soda options other than Diet Coke. Other than the food this place is quiet and clean making it a great place to dine in. They also will make sure you get your moneys worth with food and will never hand you a piece of garbage it’s all artwork haven’t had Jack like this in years.“
“Well, the crew have always been AMAZING with the SPEED and SERVICE, but unfortunately, I have found out that the MANAGERS are RUSHING their employees. I am a production manager of a much bigger crew. One thing you never never do is to have your crew in a rush mode. This will cause mistakes and may cause an injury. I'm extremely bothered by this. But this also explains why there are so many mistakes when it comes to fast food joints. There are so many other techniques and teaching methods. MANAGERS....... Stop being lazy and put time into your employees and teach them right. If you cannot and you disagree with me, I sure hope they find another manager to take your position. CREW...... “Great food good service and order is usually right and atmosphere is acceptable for fast food not super nice but clean enough.
Parking: Decent amount of parking
Kid-friendliness: I mean it's not( NOT) kid friendly but it's not geared toward making your kids super happy either but it's kid friendly it's fine I guess.

“Husband - Lyft was a little slow that night and I had time to order the new flamin Hot tacos but when I ordered I forgot to order a Sprite to help suppress my cough. Good thing Audrey was there because she had no problem letting me order the drink at the window, with no burden to me. ? Five star employee right there. The tacos were good too but not necessary, why change a perfect taco.“
“You get what you expect from this place. It could use some cleaning both inside and outside. Some of the signs are very outdated as well as the damage. The staff were friendly and respectful for the most part. Overall, its a great place but looks sketchy and old“
“Grabbed some late night snacks at this location at 8:50pm tonight. The lady who helped us was intuitive and spoke very plainly and clearly. She greeted us at the window and kept us informed about the foods status throughout the process. It felt like we were only there for a minute or two. I wave just visiting the area but if I'm ever back this way I would definitely be back to this location!“
“This is for the one on Hatch at Mitchell. I love the Jumbo Jack. I think it's the best burger around, but it never gets any love. The lettuce and tomato are always so fresh. Very tasty burger. And the egg rolls are better than any Chinese restaurant around.Thank you.“
“I've lived in the Westside of Modesto about 10yrs now. Like any other Jack In The Box it's 24hr drive thru is convenient. It's late night munchies hit. It's Westside Modesto. What you'll see outside at 2am you'll see anywhere that's open 24hrs.“
“Their screen wasn’t working but we rolled up to the window and they took our order and even brought it out to our car for us! Very kind, great service. I didn’t get the girls name but I’m just gonna say everyone working there April 28th, at 9:50pm was great and deserve a raise??“
“Not much to say, it is. Jack in the Box. Ive been going here for years on my commute to or from work. The people in the drive thru are nice, out of all the times I've been there which are more than I can count my order was in error maybe 4 times over 3 years.
Oh don't expect service around midnight to early morning. Their system does some sort of update each morning and locks them out of Point of Sale systems for anywhere between 10 minutes to 45 minutes.“
