This is the second time I’m going to the drive-through about 3:50 am after I drop off my son at work and their fries are really stale. We can’t even even eat them. I called to complain they didn’t do anything about it so now I have to talk to corporate about about it.

Still in drive through mode. Place was clean last time I went in. The food is delicious but not good for you of course.. I was in the drive through the other night and they were packed! The drive through gentleman was INCREDIBLY personable. Apologized for the wait and they were all working at full throttle! You could tell they were running however took the initiative to be sympathetic to the customers feelings! That's good staff right there!

Ordered 2 combo burger meals, we asked for medium and the lady gave us both smalls and didn’t give us the drinks we ordered, overall not enjoyable and the lady was rude and had an attitude.

Just to even ask to use the restroom almost a hour standing at the front counter while employees never took the time to ask or greet me at all . Fire everyone get new staff

I never leave fast food reviews unless they’re exceptional. Very happy with the meal. The food was fresh and the fries is worth so hot and good. Haven’t had fries this good in a long time.

I ordered with a coupon a “family of 4 meal deal” $16. Comes with 2 jumbo jacks, 2 jr. chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos, and 4 value fries. I ordered jumbo jacks with no onions and tacos with extra lettuce. Both burgers had onions and tacos had pretty close to no lettuce in them. They were the worst put together burgers I have ever had. They looked like the jr jumbo jacks. Fries were old and stale. Smh I hate coming to this Jack in the box. I will try a different Jack in the box before returning to this one. They have ruined my dinner yet again.

Came here tonight and bought 4 jumbo Jack burgers, 2 curly fries, 13 Tiny tacos, 4 tacos, and mini churros. I had ordered through the mobile app and one of the burgers was supposed to be no ketchup no pickle. Of course there was ketchup on it. Can't eat it. The tacos were cold and soft and the tiny tacos tasted burnt. Would love to be compensated but I can't do anything through the app and they don't answer their phone. Check your food before you leave.
