I ordered with a coupon a “family of 4 meal deal” $16. Comes with 2 jumbo jacks, 2 jr. chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos, and 4 value fries. I ordered jumbo jacks with no onions and tacos with extra lettuce. Both burgers had onions and tacos had pretty close to no lettuce in them. They were the worst put together burgers I have ever had. They looked like the jr jumbo jacks. Fries were old and stale. Smh I hate coming to this Jack in the box. I will try a different Jack in the box before returning to this one. They have ruined my dinner yet again.

Came here tonight and bought 4 jumbo Jack burgers, 2 curly fries, 13 Tiny tacos, 4 tacos, and mini churros. I had ordered through the mobile app and one of the burgers was supposed to be no ketchup no pickle. Of course there was ketchup on it. Can't eat it. The tacos were cold and soft and the tiny tacos tasted burnt. Would love to be compensated but I can't do anything through the app and they don't answer their phone. Check your food before you leave.

Could not hear associate clearly enough over the intercom to realize my order was incorrect. Waited behind 3 other vehicles and when I received my order it was cold. Had to scrounge up change as they could not break the bills that I had.

I waited in the drive through line for more than 15 minutes and they didn’t even have what I wanted when I finally got to order. This is not the only time that I have been disappointed by this location. Time to find a new one.

Don't know why they have a phone number no one ever answers nor do they clear there voicemail ordered on the app set location 2 hrs away from my order with no option to cancel order hopefully I get refunded...

I used the drive-thru on Friday, March 22nd, 2024. The girl at the window seemed nice and that's where the positive ended. I was asked to park in the front and told they would bring my order to me. I realized that I had left my debit card at the window and asked her to get it when she brought me the food. She did and I went on my way. A week later someone started using my card to buy things online and my bank notified me. The reason I know it was a Jack in the Box employee is it was the first and only time the card had been used. I contacted the police and the bank refunded me the money. I have someone looking into the IP address and when I find out who it is I will post them on social media for the world to see. I went in to speak to a manager and her reaction was "Oh, okay", with no, apology, no shock on her face. From the manager's reaction, this isn't the first time this has been an issue. This place is disgusting and I will never go back. If you aren't paying with cash good luck!
