I used the drive-thru on Friday, March 22nd, 2024. The girl at the window seemed nice and that's where the positive ended. I was asked to park in the front and told they would bring my order to me. I realized that I had left my debit card at the window and asked her to get it when she brought me the food. She did and I went on my way. A week later someone started using my card to buy things online and my bank notified me. The reason I know it was a Jack in the Box employee is it was the first and only time the card had been used. I contacted the police and the bank refunded me the money. I have someone looking into the IP address and when I find out who it is I will post them on social media for the world to see. I went in to speak to a manager and her reaction was "Oh, okay", with no, apology, no shock on her face. From the manager's reaction, this isn't the first time this has been an issue. This place is disgusting and I will never go back. If you aren't paying with cash good luck!

I would give it no stars but it used to be my favorite but I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and didn't move left came back 30 minutes later and the same thing happened I haven't eaten all day was looking forward to my jack but guess burger king for the win and they gave me a free ice cream Cone for coming to them after my trouble with jack in the box

And if you can’t hear well it not hard to just add other sauce it may have been I worked at Jack for years so really that killed my night I loved working there but .

literally the worst service I've ever experienced. Im usually a laid back person, but when I say worst service I mean it, I've never been frustrated or yelled but they really pushed me. The worst part is I also received a really old patty and old oily fries. Never going back to that Jack ever again. Even before that experience the best it would get is a 2 and a half stars its so bad. Oh and she didn't wanna put a simple 3 number code for my free fries because she said shes only taking mobile orders, so i asked her how many orders she had and she studdered and said 1 which ik is a lie but even if it wasn't you can do something fast and simple because you have 1 order to make but you have time to argue with me okay.
You can't expect much from a fast food location. The food is good and employees were nice. It gets the job done. The menu screens in the outside need are broken and need be fix. it is hard to see the menu.

I walked in and waited 10 minutes without anyone helping me or my family. There was no cars in line leaving no reason for me to not be attended
Place is so hot, the workers were kicking butt during a rush but would probably enjoy their day a bit more if their AC was working. Fix this ASAP, it's been over a month. (I'll update this post if the AC is fixed, those poor workers)
