Ordered tiny tacos on 9/13 at 12 pm. Only got 9 inside my box when they advertise 13.This isn't the first time I am bringing up this issue. It doesnt seem like they care. Do not order there. No more!!! I am not spending $$ on lunch there and will give business to other more deserving business on that avenue

It was 3:40am I was on my 30min lunch break and I arrived to jack in the box. They usually respond in a few seconds to let you know that they will be right with you. A minute or 2 goes by and nothing. So is say, “hello” multiple of times and no response. I waited a total of 5 minutes or so and decided to leave. I didn’t get any food. I won’t be coming back here anymore. Wasted my time and gas driving here!
Worst experience I have ever had. I ordered 2 boxes of plain tiny tacos . They advertise a box of tacos being 15 tiny tacos. Guess what, I got 10 in one box and 12 in the other. This is steeling

0 stars. My whole family loves Jack in the box. My kids were excited about the new Snoop Dogg meal so we ordered through the Jack in the box website which cancel the location I picked and chose its own, then that location chose Uber for delivery and then their admin canceled my order through an email almost an hour later stating I should contact that store which I did, which when you call asks you for a remote access code and you never can speak with anyone..basically I was ripped off for about $40 out of my account no food to show for it and two angry kids at the house.

There service is horrible. There food is always cold when I receive it would think there better service because it's always packed at night. The other day I got refused to get served and they said there computers was down when they were sitting around on there phones. Horrible customer experience!

So at 1:11am this evening I went through the drive through. And all the Order employee on the intercom said was “I understand but:…” to every single thing we ordered. The order was completely wrong. We traveled out of town and back and just wanted our food. But clearly the order person did not understand. Stop with the “but…” in the drive thru you either understand or you don’t. Seriously this location sucks. Don’t go here. “Your server Came Harrison” according to receipt, took our order. Get it right with others. Don’t go to this location:
