Jersey Mike's Subs

The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, fresh bread & well made & recently gave a 5☆ review. Today our on line order was a mess. We did not get our #8 sandwich or the brownie we ordered. We got two odd sandwiches that wouldn't even what we ordered. Management please check all to go orders for accuracy before the bag is taped to go. Thanks, Amelia

I ordered the Club Sub. No mayo. Had to ask for mustard. Very fresh sandwich, hands down.
Didn't really care for the shredded lettuce, but that is the style of Jersey Mike's.
Service was good, but the 1st person took my order differently with the person behind me. Could have asked if I would like to substitute another cheese or item.
This also is a Pepsi products only for drink selection. I'm a Coca Cola loyalist. Settled for Lemonade.
Going back for the sandwhich for sure.
Would like to see Sun Chips and other options for chips.
The location is tucked away by Habit Burger.

Love coming here, the food is amazing, but the costumer service is phenomenal. They have such a diverse group of workers who seem to love what they do and they do it well. Always kind and polite. I go there to see them and the sandwich is just a bonus!

We ordered a large catering order from Jersey Mike’s for a staff meeting and were greeted promptly upon arrival. The team let us know they were just finishing up our order, offered us water while we waited, and even asked if we wanted any sides for our sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness and friendliness anywhere these days—truly an outstanding experience!

Love, love, loved this Jersey Mike’s! There was a brown guy with a mustache who made my order, the Italian. It was super good and he was super nice and funny. I’ll definitely come back to this one. Great atmosphere and customer service!

I was so excited to have a Jersey Mike's in Modesto after enjoying the location in Tracy several times. I ate at the new Modesto location a few months ago and it was 6 stars. I ate there today and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I asked for all of the peppers and pepper relish. When I was almost halfway through the sub, I realized that they didn't add the pepper relish. Also, the Tracy location had the best fresh brewed Iced tea I've ever had in a restaurant. This location had none!!!! Also, the Modesto location is already starting to skimp on the meats. I may give it another chance, but I'm still stunned that after getting the best sub ever a few months ago, now I get THIS?!!! SAD!!!

I got food poisoning here yesterday

New review: chicken salad sandwich is on point. Here's a tip. Order it on parmersan cheese bread with some of the red relish looking stuff. Add onions. What makes it top notch. Add oregano and black pepper and hot honey. You will love it guarantee. Getting one for lunch tomorrow! And the next! Next day! Lol!

Omg this place is so so good the food is so fresh and there so nice they use fresh meat cheese and veggies it was my first time there. There is also a really really nice guy he was tall I wish I got his name. And I never leave reviews on places that are good but this place is bomb dot com
