The French Fries were good. The Chicken was dried out and the Nuggets were dried out and old tasting. I had to park to wait for my food so I thought that they were cooking it. There was only two cars at the time so it wasn't busy. The employee was very friendly and courteous. Delivery was fast. I believe the food was old and left over. Will think twice before getting this deal ever again.Parking: Lots of available parking spaces

The Asian manager was excellent. Fresh biscuits, fresh chicken, only 5 minute wait. Butter, honey, nice and hot. One note, I was very nice, I smiled, said please and thank you, and I appreciate you. Try it, see what happens.

Went to KFC on Whitmore Ave and got super dry chicken. Also no biscuits available. Cashier was nice but no love in their food anymore. So sad!

I'm not sure they know how to make chicken there. We got the 8 piece bucket and there was so much inconsistency in the extra crispy option. I don't think they know what pieces are what or how long to cook them. Or the other possibility is that they were cooked and then in the heat lamp for way too long. Won't be going back.

This is the 3rd attempt at KFC. First time they had NO CHICKEN! At 7:30pm, really? Second time we received the wrong order. Third time only had original chicken and could only get an eight piece, no mac n cheese, and not enough mash potatoes for two. They don't seem to care based on their reviews.I rather wait in the 30 min line at popeyes.

THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER, HANDS DOWN! Was told that my fish & chips order would take 10 min., 28 min later, they say they just put it in the fryer. It wasn't even busy in the drive-thru and they dining room was completely empty. Maybe I'm the last one to get the memo. The ice machine also has not been repaired in at least 2 weeks, because I was here last week too. I'll just go to a different location from now on. This location has employees that just fart around and talk instead of getting orders out.
