This store always hands out pizzas that are poorly cut and disproportionate. If you buy from here, expect to cut your slices at home and good luck keeping it intact.I always opt to order from the whitmore nearest to ceres, because they actually hand out good, nicely-cut pizzas.The service is good, never had a problem with getting help from the store but the pizza is almost always lacking in presentation.
Placed an online order, called right after to ask if I could add jalapeños because the app doesn't let you customize anything (very inconvenient) and the girl who answered tells me that they're unable to do that? Even though they could just charge me the 50 cents for jalapeños once I get there? The girl was clearly new because she kept having to put me on hold to ask someone else if it was possible to add jalapeños.
