Recent Reviews

The food was really good. This place is run by some elderly women and has an old-school vibe. Inside seating only has about 4 tables. Most of the seating is outside. We will definitely be coming here again.

The food was surprisingly good if not fairly simple. Counter staff was nice and polite. Location is weird but doesn't detract from the experience, except maybe for parking, which was limited mostly to dirt lots near the restaurant. But it's a must try if you find yourself in Empire

The only issue I’ve ever had is when we brought a friend that had a certified service dog. One of the ladies was extremely rude and tried to question us. We did not feel welcome after that because we were loyal customers up until that point and we should not have been ridiculed. California laws protect against such actions and discrimination but they don’t care.
