I recently got their Dubai chocolate mini pancakes. On their social media they marketed it with strawberries. Mind you this cost $15 which I already think is overpriced but I’m super disappointed because I had got it for the first time at the McHenry location and I didn’t realize until I got home and remembered that it was supposed to come with strawberries and mine didn’t. It was still good but if I’m going to be charged $15 for some pancakes at least add the strawberries. I commented also on their IG post and my comment got deleted which is another disappointment I thought I would get reached out to with a solution, but I guess they just like to hide things under the rug🤷🏻♀️

I’m so disappointed with this business. I sent my husband to buy milkshakes for my family today ,Thursday as they have advertised the buy one get one free milkshake . After paying my husband noticed that the BOGO was not applied when hhe asked the cashier she stated that unless he mentioned the promotion before purchase , she would not give him the buy one get one free deal. Proceeded to tell my husband that she would not refund him and that there was nothing she could do about it. That is poor business, false advertisement, and very dishonest of this company do better Mango crazy.
Update : Owner contacted me and stated he will
Look into it and call me back tomorrow .

Everytime i come here to pick up food cause im a delivery driver they never have it ready. When I come in then the check the system to see the order then they start making the smoothies or drinks etc. most of the time they are in the back no one is in the front. Like they are getting paid to do nothing most of the time at least have the online orders ready or work on it when it comes in the system rather than waiting till the driver comes and reminds u that you have an online order ?♂️.
