I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a Spinach, mushroom and cheese omelette...instead I got a spinach, ham and cheese omelette. The waitress did offer to correct my order, but by that time, it was too late.

Stopped in today to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean this place was on the inside. The food was on point. Service was great and friendly. Definitely will be adding this place to my weekly lunch rotation.

Today I went to this little hole in the wall on Yosemite Blvd for breakfast. I was super impressed. I had 2 eggs, big slice of ham, hash browns and 2 pancakes for $9.99. I'd recommend you try this place. I'll be back!!!

We stopped by to get breakfast driving through Modesto. Food was very good. The lady that helped us was beyond attentive, she provided excellent service. We would definitely come back if we're in the area again.

One of my absolute favorite local places! Really friendly staff and amazing food. I always feel welcome when I enter, and full when I leave. I always order an omelette, which comes with potatoes and a side of toast or pancakes included. I always opt for the hash browns and pancakes. But the real star of the show is the Spanish sauce they put on the omelette. It's so delicious and it makes an already great breakfast AMAZING!

Absolutely love this place! Food is always delicious, brings back childhood memories of homemade pancakes. And the service? BEST IN TOWN. The server is so sweet and accommodating. I know it's not a great area but it's worth it to go!

Been here twice food was decent but this third time food was terrible and i didnt eat it and there was no effort to compensate in any way even a little. There was an issue with the card reader thing and checked my account in the parking lot and seen it charged me twice. Showed her my screen and she made me wait forever while she was on the phone calling to make sure on her end. I know those card readers on some brands can be faulty sometimes but man com'on. Never coming here again...
