I thought I could trust the staff to make sure that I had everything I needed in the bag when I picked up my order from Panera bread on Dale in Modesto but I was wrong, no chips with my sandwich, no butter for the bread. When I stay in a hotel I need to be able to depend on the people that work in restaurants.
