The owner was very rude with the customers. Was arguing with the customer saying that his order wasn't correct. Customer asked for his refund and the owner was very rude about it. He also took around an hour to give me my order when was told it would take 35 minutes. Won't be going there again

We took our 21-year-old son who is autistic and we had a really good time at the venue. The owner/manager was very accommodating. He put tables together for us. We had our own cupcakes he put on the football game so it was a really good day overall, we enjoyed it, definitely recommend this placeKid-friendliness: They have an old-school arcade, and my kids are very comfortable and had a great time air hockey too

If life has you in Empire for 2 years and your starving for pizza,this is the place to go. You can order through DoorDash. Careless people so work here. Every single time I came here something happened. Give them a break. Be patient. Breath,inhale Exhale. Pray. Then Understand. Remember Jesus loves all of us. It's a good day for pizza. Thank you GOD for my pizza.

We checked out Rico's Pizza in Empire and never went back. They had a special deal for a large one topping pizza for around $7.00. We always get half creamy white/garlic sauce and half red sauce whenever we get pizza, at almost any pizza establishment. Well, they said that would be the FULL cost of the pizza, no sale! A regular one topping pizza was around $20.00!! That is a HUGE jump in price for a little sauce difference! Plus, they charge for everything! Including the ranch on the side. Plus, the girl taking the order was super rude about it. Like the price difference was coming out of her own pocket or something. Guess what? We left and went to a different Rico's, and had no complaints. Won't ever come back to Rico's in Empire.
