It was my first time in, I wanted to like this place but I couldnāt get over the horrible customer service. Guy behind the bar threatened to kick me out for wearing a white tee when I asked for a drink menuā- btw they donāt have a drink menu. Place was literally empty, I came in early looking to have just a simple drink at the bar nothing crazy and I couldnāt even get a āwhat can I get started for you guysā from the ābartenderā guy just stood there on his phone all he managed to do was ask for my ID Theyāre promoting a āLatin nightā online but they were playing country music ? vibe was unwelcoming wont be back. And I suggest nobody come here.

I used to go all the time, for about 6 months straight ! I loved it, but for some reason latley the main guy that checks ids has been saying my stuff is fake when Iāve showed my birth certificate , my birthdays on all my apps on my phone and then the other night they stopped me to say someone messaged their boss saying my id is fake, when thereās multiple people that I meet in there that are actually minors! you donāt go by word of mouth for those kinds of things.They donāt check certain peoples IDs especially over at spotlight. Iāve seen them take money from people and then not check ids, Iāve even seen them accept people with out bringing their ids. The security constantly hook up with us girls or try selling us drugs and take us home with them. At this point I feel discriminaTed because while all the comotion of me argueing with the bouncers of them letting me in that night because my id is real and they have been letting me in, some lady from Colombia walks up with the other security and the main bouncer half way looked at it and said itās fine to go ahead . extremely dIsatisfied with palladium and spotlight!

They wouldnt let my husband in because his shirt was whiteā¦ we came from out of town and asked if he can wear a zip up over and they said no he needed to go get a black shirt. I went inside he waited in the car since I was only there for a friends birthday. I seen a guy inside with a black zip up and white tee underneath and so I went back out to grab my husband and the short ugly old bouncer was still trippin. I was ready to talk to the manager but even the manager wasnt trippin about letting him in. It felt like we were discriminated against when their āpolicyā has no reason behind it and even their back of house staff is dressed in white teeās. Either that or the bouncer is just picky choosey. Definitely owed by gangs based on the reviews from palladium. The old, short, ugly bouncer made sure to let me know they owned both bars.
