I loved how she made my order the way I like it. I feel like some places no days forget that they made a baristas promise. My order is not difficult. Carmel ribbon crunch w/ Whip and extra Carmel pls. Some of them act as I just order a venti extra hot, triple shot, hold the cup, decaf coffee with oatmilk and no foam.

I do not recommend this Starbucks location. When I go in the mornings in drive thru they'll have me pay and will make me wait while they make the rest of the orders for the cars behind me, then hand me my drink after they have made all the drinks. Waste of time for people in drive through waiting. The fuller woman that is main manager in the mornings has a poor attitude every time, I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with her.

This place absolutely sucks but I still come here bc it's closer to my house. Went one time and the cashier gave back the wrong change, when the person I was with told him about it he just took his apron off and walked off and didn't let his cover know why we were still there. Went another time got him again and was just plain rude. I understand that they may be understaffed but the drive through line is supposed to be quick and efficient. NOT SO much in the QUICK or efficient part. Takes forever and by the Time I get to the window they give me the wrong drink. Every single time. I give ppl the benefit of the doubt especially employees at places like this but they need to be retrained because what is going on with them. It's every single time. I'll give it two starts because there are some employees that know what they're doing, i.e. the ones making drinks.
The past two times I have ordered hot coffee it has been warm and the last time it was barely warm. The containers smelled like cologne and cigarette smoke. All summer the beverages have been coming out ok, but recently things have changed. I do not recommend asking for a special order here either, stick to the menu items.

Every time i come to this lame store they be taking there sweet time as if there customers don't have places to be. Slowest Starbucks in Modesto without a doubt.

The store was completely disgusting! The walls looked like they weren't clean in ages and the floors were disgusting. Me and my mom went in and the first red flag was when they made us wait for about 15ish minutes to take our order. And we made a pretty big order with 6 drinks and it took them about almost an hour to make them. First off disgusting drinks, they either made it too sweet or too bitter. We got an iced pumpkin spice drink and the lady had made it hot so when my mom told her she made it wrong the lady responded very rudely and said she would re make it. It was very disgusting and I was very disappointed. They lady at the window would take and make the orders faster then the 3 people taking and making the orders at the counter. Overall so not come to this Starbucks!!!
