If I could give this place zero stars, I really would. As someone who works at Starbucks but whose location is not as convenient as this one, THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS. I have given it four chances. Every single time they forget to add the syrup. If I am paying extra money for syrup, I expect for it to be in the drink. I had to go into the Starbucks to add sugar and half and half to my own drink. I tried to give it grace but this place just absolutely sucks. JUST SO YOU KNOW, during rushes they use dead espresso shots they keep in short cups. If you want good coffee or matcha or anything, don’t come here.

Every time I come to this location they’re closed way before their listed closing time. There have been people inside and they just act like they’re closed. If the hours changed they should change it online and on the doors.

Not sure why all the posted hours and information state they are open until a certain time, only to arrive after placing an order through their app to discover they closed their doors more than 3 hours early, making this a drive through only location. If I didn’t have anxiety issues with drive throughs I wouldn’t be upset, but I chose in store for a reason. Also the fact that this is the second time they have done this to my knowledge, makes it clear they don’t care. I lucked out the last time and arrived 3 mins before they locked up (still 3 hours before their posted closing time) but they still decided it was acceptable to flip all the chairs while I was waiting on my birthday drink, making it very clear I was unwelcome inside.

I come by this location pretty often. Walked in today to ask if I could use the restroom. Was told rudely I have to purchase an item first. Since when? I just used it a week ago. I have a physical disability that makes walking difficult, and there aren't many other restrooms available in the downtown area. I'm done with this location.

I went through the Starbucks drive-thru to save time while running errands. My order was placed fine, but the experience went downhill from there. At the pay window, we weren’t asked if we wanted straws—we had to ask. When we did, the younger woman at the window seemed visibly annoyed. We also asked for sriracha, and she handed it over with such attitude that it ended up falling to the ground. She didn’t offer to replace it or even acknowledge it just expected us to grab it off the floor ourselves.When I got my drink, I immediately noticed it didn’t seem to have the lavender I paid for. I asked the barista, and she insisted it was in there. I trusted her word, but after tasting it, I could tell there was definitely no lavender. I had to park and go inside to get it remade so much for saving time.I was polite the entire time, so I don’t understand the rude attitude or dishonesty. The store wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the carelessness. This kind of service is frustrating and disappointing, especially from a brand like Starbucks. No wonder newer coffee spots are starting to take over. ( this was today @ 10:20ish Sunday 5/25/25)

Never going to get anything from this store. Every time ordered a drink with light ice, it comes with full cup of ice. As if they don't even read the label.
