If you happen to have an extra 20 min to wait for your drink. Every. Single. Time, then this your spot. Even though this is the closest Starbucks to my house, I tend to circumvent and patronize others. I’ve literally never had as many bad experiences and time wasted as this location. It’s been this way for several years. I keep getting fooled into that the next time will be quick and easy. No such dice.
On June 15th I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 black tea lemonades and a kids vanilla steamer. I had a specific request that one of the tea lemonades- NO EXTRA SWEETENER. Went up to the window, paid and asked and the girl assured me it was correctly done. Unfortunately both tea lemonades had sweetener so one of them went to waste because it had to be tossed. Very nice and spacious! Beer and wine offered in the evening is a nice touch. And the music on Saturday night is perfect for the mellow coffeehouse vibe. Will definitely be back!
