This local Starbucks is the freakin best. Not only the only one I got to in town, but the best customer service and experience there.
They have learned to make my drink when I did complain a few times lol but honestly went over and beyond for me and till now over a year I get the best experience from each and everyone there. From knowing my drink to putting cute quotes on it , to smiles every morning. The best staff. I do not go to any other location other than this one. Thank u guys for a good experience always

No matter what everybody's opinion they brought quality coffee to the United States. they have all sorts of roast options now in the clover machine. It's ground and brewed fresh for you each time at drip prices. No other coffee shop can offer that because the machines are expensive and they put the r&D in to develop them.
They need to find a bakery that can handle all the stores in a location and offer healthier options. Whole grains, less sugar... Not just faux healthy. Oatmeal is not a sufficient option.

No outlets. They covered/removed every single outlet. What a hostile move.

I come here all the time and there is something wrong with the order about 1/4 of the time. Today? Almond milk in my latte. Worst Starbucks right here folks.

The chick with the nose ring and tattoos needs to pay attention. I asked her 3 times about my order because she kept saying it wrong and wrote it wrong on the screen. When I got to the window she still screwed up my order. Then when I got home and gave my daughter her coffee the girl still screwed it up after she said it was the right one. I'd give no stars for the drive through service if I could. This isn't the first time she's done this. I think she needs to find a different job. I won't be recommending this place or spending my money here. I'll be going to Dutch Bros. 🙄

I came here with my mother-in-law, and she needed to use the restroom, so she went inside while I went through the drive-thru to pick up our mobile order. They refused to let her use the restroom because she hadn’t made a purchase, even after she explained that I was in the drive-thru picking up our order. While I was waiting, I asked if I could get two ice waters, and the employee rudely asked if I was going to buy something. I explained that I already had a mobile order placed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
Asked for a water, because of hot it was and they refused to give me one without purchase. What happened to helping the community with free water, WiFi, and a place to cool off.

Awesome, very friendly and appreciative of all the baristas who have to work with other people😇 Special shout out to Andrew though for being very friendly and complimenting my Green Day shirt a long time ago!!
Not supporting a business where they make $$$ and yet don’t let people study or use their bathroom unless making purchase …
