The people here are really sweet, but I've never waited so long for coffee in a drive thru in all my life. First world problems, I know, but a girl has to come back from lunch break eventually. I wouldn't have time to write this review if they could've sped it up a bit

Honestly, this particular Starbucks is hit or miss. I drink black coffee, that's basically it. I can't tell you the number of times they didn't have any ready because they "were brewing a fresh batch". Seems odd for a place that is literally a business that sells coffee.

I spent a total of 5-10 minutes in line, plus at least one minute at the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. I ordered a tomato and mozzarella cheese sandwich for my girlfriend, but was not informed that they were out of stock until I got to the window and they charged me for it! Thankfully I was given a refund, but I just think you should know what is on your inventory before charging someone for an item! The only reason I am not giving this establishment one star is because of the cashier at the window by the name of Andrew, who was incredibly pleasant.

This is a nice and pretty busy Starbucks. I usually hit the drive thru at this location.I changed things up with the Apple Oatmilk Shaken Expresso. I liked it and would tackle that drink again.This location was clean and they were super nice inside. I would return for sure.
Well we arrived on red cup day didn't know until we got up to the register and was told it's gonna take awhile for our order we asked about how long and was told she couldn't say I said what! About half an hour 2 hours ?? She said she couldn't say we asked to speak with a manger or supervisor and was told he wasn't there hard to believe on an important day and busy day as red cup day there was no manager or supervisor there not believable, you guys should have signs posted RED CUP DAY so people know before they walk in not everyone has intranet to know ahead of time that's why SIGNS would be helpful to advertise why it was so busy!!! RED CUP DAY!!!

I asked for sesame bagel.i get everything bagel without checking out if it's okay. I go to ask them to change it. The barista was rude and saying it has sesame on it. I am allergic to the other ingredients. And she didn't care,like it's your problem. Plus my drink ,I was so specific. Still came out wrong. All I asked is add 2% milk. I understand the frustration and the amount of busy orders, but nobody needs someone serving them with a horrible attitude ?.
