Subway in Modesto

“Melissa was working at the subway on Tully rd in Modesto and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. If I could give 100 stars I would. I had issues with the online order service and was frustrated upon arrival and she absolutely made my day and made a perfect order. Food and service were outstanding!!! Thank you, Melissa!!! ?“

“I could tell Meeya was like a manager, supervisor, or something.. because from the moment I walked in I noticed everything was like perfect. All the chip bags perfectly facing forward, no trash on the floor, all of the vegetables were filled to the same capacity, and she had great customer service.

I usually don't review subways because they're kind of all the same. Good job making the experience a little different.“

“I’ve come into this location a couple of times since moving from San Jose. It’s a small location. I would have missed it if I blinked. I must say that this was the cleanest location I have ever been in. I was greeted by a woman named Jonnie. She was very patient as it took me a few min to figure out what I wanted ( so many new yummy sandwiches). She offered her help and expertise, but, never once making me feel rushed. Despite recommendations, I ordered my ole go to Spicy Italian. It was so delicious. Bread was so soft and fresh, the veggies were crispy and tasteful. It was the best tasting sandwich I’ve had in a long time.
I must have been there during shift change because another girl with the coolest purple pinkish hair walked in. She was very friendly and said hi when she made eye contact walking in the door. The two ladies spoke a few words and Jonnie left. I thanked her ok her way out. I noticed that the other lady’s name was Jennifer.
She got quite a few customers in the store within a couple min. I felt bad because it was only Jennifer working. Yet, she handled all the customers with a smile and they seemed to walk out happily. I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone. You will be a happy customer.“

“Only came in for a soda because i needed to break $100, but the lady at the counter was really friendly and welcoming. And didnt mind i was only buying a small drink to break a bill. Which is nice because some businesses are off put if you just go in to buy something cheap to just make change. Which i will never understand? I mean money is money(yes im talking about you True Value on Coffee Rd...)

Anyways ive bought a sandwich from here before and it has always been tasty, i prefer the Italian BMT on Italian seasoned bun, with salt, pepper, oil and vinaigrette at the end. ?

In conclusion this Subway is great place to go to grab a quick and "healthy" sandwich if your on the go. The customer service alone makes this place a warm and inviting place to visit. Even if only buying a soda like me!! ?

P.S. also the bathroom is very clean and tidy because you have to ask for a key so its not publicly open unlike some places on McHenry Ave. Which makes for a unpleasant experience if your in need of a restroom.

So thank you to the owners of this Subway you gots a great team on your side! Keep up the good work!

Parking: There are only 2 timed parking spots(15min or so) but the entire rest parking lot is open and free to use at anytime.“

“Excellent!!! The owner, Paul was great, his staff was great and the sandwiches were great.I ordered 5, 6' subs with all the trimmings, as I was blessed to provibe a meal for 100 hungry men. They were a big hit, and everyone was more than satisfied as the individual sandwich slices made a big sandwich each.Paul delivered them himself on time and ready to go. “There were two ladies working there and no other customers at that time. But it was in between lunch and dinner. The employees were very friendly and fast at getting our orders done. Then they went about doing other things they were supposed to do. They were busy all the time we were there. I commend them for going on with their duties and not just doing nothing at all. That shows good work habits.

Vegetarian options: I don't know much about the veggie sandwiches but I know they are available.

Parking: It's located on the corner of Stanford and Prescott and is in a shopping center.“

“Great customer service, beautifully made sandwiches!!

I came to this location after leaving another restaurant on Oakdale Rd/Scenic Ave, which had very rude staff and poorly made sandwiches. I presented a coupon first, to confirm that the location was a participating restaurant. Anthony confirmed that the coupon would be accepted.

As he made my sandwiches, I didn't have to make any corrections. There were just the right amount of ingredients put in, and I was not in a position to need to ask for extra. I told him that both sandwiches were actually the nicest sandwiches I've seen made in a very long time. He said that the manager trains them to make them that way. Shout out to Anthony and the manager for giving customers excellent service and well-made sandwiches!!!“
