Arrived at about 8:10 pm today, and as soon as we walked in, we were met with the worker saying they were only taking card payments and were not making hot sandwiches..I asked why no hot sandwich because I did want mine toasted and she responded with the oven was overheating but when I looked behiher it said shutting down. There were two ladies working there and no other customers at that time. But it was in between lunch and dinner. The employees were very friendly and fast at getting our orders done. Then they went about doing other things they were supposed to do. They were busy all the time we were there. I commend them for going on with their duties and not just doing nothing at all. The sandwich I ordered while inside was made terribly. Chicken and cheese were hardly warmed up to a luke warm. The sauce and produce were already falling out before I had even took a bite. Definitely not worth the $21 I paid for a single sandwich.
