The sandwich I ordered while inside was made terribly. Chicken and cheese were hardly warmed up to a luke warm. The sauce and produce were already falling out before I had even took a bite. Definitely not worth the $21 I paid for a single sandwich.

Our DoorDash orders are ALWAYS wrong. I will not order from here again. If you have to be there in person to get what you order, then it is not worth the hassle. They put the wrong toppings on both sandwiches. They mixed them up so neither of us could eat! Would not recommend to anyone.

Arrived at about 8:10 pm today, and as soon as we walked in, we were met with the worker saying they were only taking card payments and were not making hot sandwiches..I asked why no hot sandwich because I did want mine toasted and she responded with the oven was overheating but when I looked behiher it said shutting down. I am annoyed because I know what is going on. She was trying to get put earlier, so she counted out the cash drawer early, and that's why they were only accepting cards, and they cleaned the oven extra early and then turned it off. Six other gentlemen who had walked in after us left because they all wanted toasted sandwiches (check the cameras). As a business owner, I'd want to know if I was losing out on money, just my employees want to make a run for it and get out early. If you don't like working, get a new job. I'm just saying.

There were two ladies working there and no other customers at that time. But it was in between lunch and dinner. The employees were very friendly and fast at getting our orders done. Then they went about doing other things they were supposed to do. They were busy all the time we were there. I commend them for going on with their duties and not just doing nothing at all. That shows good work habits.Vegetarian options: I don't know much about the veggie sandwiches but I know they are available.Parking: It's located on the corner of Stanford and Prescott and is in a shopping center.

To the owner or head manager. I went in about a few weeks ago at around an hour before closing time, and one of the ladies (Caucasian, overweight lady), was spraying CHEMICALS NEAR THE FOOD (meat, fresh produce). I clearly told her to stop because she was so close to the food. She gave me a dirty look and walked away. Please teach your staff about safety regulations while handling food. It's a BIOHAZARD to spray CHEMICALS NEAR FOOD AND CONTAMINATION OF FOOD. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I will contact food and safety board and report this location.
wanted to give it another chance. The first time i went in i had placed a pickup order & it was hot inside, i thought maybe their AC isn't working but nooooooo. The second time i went in it was the same thing. you can feel the heat as soon as you open the door. Im not sure if thats safe since they deal with deli meats but never again.

I don’t think I will ever come back to this subway. It says they close at 9pm on Saturday, but when I got here at 7:45pm, one of the worker sitting outside in the car says the store is closed and the Open sign is ON, fans are ON, still has 1 hr 15 mins to hit the clock for 9pm.
