The bread was the freshest bread I've had at Subway The server was a very sweet young lady and the atmosphere was clean and kind they allowed homeless people to get ice they were respectful they were kind it was a very nice experience

Its a hit or miss here!! Sometimes the bread is stale!!! Sometimes the order is wrong!!! A lot of the times they are out of cookies!!! Come on Subway you can way better!!!

My prego craving was a flatbread sandwich that I've been getting for years and now they can't toast it. I went to another subway they did it no problem. Don't waste your time here.

Lazy lady at 3pm today. I asked for a flatbed to be toasted and she refused saying no we don't do that anymore only bread. I can't belive these type of of people why even hire a waste of life.

If you want the BEST SUBWAY sandwich in your whole entire life….come to this location! The ladies are so nice and always have a smile and they are under the pressure for sure! They have customers in front of them and then their online pick up orders as well! They make it happen and the sandwiches taste so great! Each sandwich is made to order and again with someone who has a smile. Fresh bread, fresh veggies and delicious tastes! I drive across town to come to this location when I crave a Subway sandwich. They have free parking lot out front of their store that is conveniently located on the main street of McHenry. The inside is always clean and smells yummie! Family friendly place with family friendly prices for the guests.
Vegetarian options: All sandwiches and salads can be made meat free
Dietary restrictions: You can choose your ingredients and they have options for gluten free too.
Kid-friendliness: Kiddos will definitely find a sandwich or salad they like. Especially the cookies
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair and ADA tables in the dining room. ADAD parking out front of the building

I ordered online, on site started to show pick up at 6:45 pm,i went in there, just open the door and staff called me and then she said hey I was trying to call because we dont have baked herb and cheese bread she's telling me that around 6:50, I had only 30 minutes lunch, they wasted my time a lot, disappointed about that. They really need to let customers know write away after placing a order not like 20 minutes later. Or they really need to update on the site like that bread is unavailable or something like that

Apparently the online ordering system was down, it had no problem taking my money of course. When i showed up to the restaurant, the staff let me know that my order was not fufilled and would not be fulfilled despite them taking my money.
