We were traveling on our way back from Yosemite and were just looking for some hot soup. Wow were we surprised. The food was excellent, and the service was great. Spice levels were accurate; medium had a nice kick, but not too fiery, just as the waitress said it would be. The only negative was that rice was extra. As a seasoned Thai food eater, this place is recommended.
Food was amazing! First time going and we had a wonderful experience and the service was amazing. I loved to see how the staff remembers the food regulars eat there. It was a fun dance of flavors! Want to come back for many more.
The main course made up for it and was served hot and flavorful. We tried the Pad Prig Pao Chicken and Pad Ke-Mow, and I would order them again.
To compare this to other local Thai restaurants in Modesto, I would say Tasty Thai is the best we’ve visited.
