Got my order wrong charged me an extra 2 chilis when I asked to substitute the fries. Not a fan of this wendys. I guess it depends who is working the shift since I had the new guy who wasn't knowledgeable

I only took a 30 minute lunch break and this place is right down the street from my office. I asked for a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap because I cannot eat bread and this is what I got and if I knew that it would be covered in old produce, and tomato slices that were the ends of the tomato (Should of been tossed and not used) and a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, and cold meat, I would not have come there. Never Again.

Great fast food place...the kiosk seems to be closed when I patron the place..tolerant of environmental issues..clean..great window watching on to McHenry Ave...did not use the bathroom yet...food takes the appropriate time to be made...love the frosty.,thank you

We received our order very quickly and the kids were happy. The dining area was clean and the staff were great
drive tru employees are so stupid most the stuff u order is always missing and they seem like they dont care about the job

I went through the drive-through and ordered a single with ketchup and cheese only and a medium Coke. I received a large Coke, large fries, and a double with cheese and ketchup. Listening skills need some work 🥴

Terrible! I ordered French toast sticks and received cold French toast sticks, no syrup and potatoes that i did not ask for. If I didn't have an appointment I would have gone back.
