Who is the owner of this place because they are never open at 10 am. Ive been here twice and went thru the drive thru they were not open at 10 am. The doors were locked and the signs were off at 1015am and no one is around or will answer. This is a constant issue.

Restaurant does not stick to posted hours. They don't open on time it goes long past 15 mins and often closes earlier than posted time. Inside is dirty and employees are extremely rude.

Employees are beyond rude. I was given a coupon to use for the horrible customer service only to be told by the another rude employee that the coupon can't be redeemed there. They also close much earlier than the time posted frequently. I know this through unfulfilled orders through Doordash. Don't even waste your time at this location. Any other location but this one.

The food is freaking good, but every time I doordash they forget something. SO FRUSTRATING! This time I'm missing mini-corndogs, chili-cheese fries, and one of the hotdogs was not as ordered.

I've had ice creams from here before and loved them. Just today about 10 minutes ago i was served two chocolate dipped cones. They taste disgusting, almost like moldy, and I've never had it taste like that. I'm not sure if the workers were mad that we had to change one item of our order and they did something to it but I will be calling the health department and corporate.

The last few times I’ve come to this location it has not been pleasant. Workers are always rude! Food is just getting worse. I usually go to McHenry which is where I need to stay going! Not the best pictures today but the fries were stale and our chili dogs were undercooked. Lemonade was water downed.
