Cold Stone Creamery is a welcoming spot to cool down during hot weather. The staff is friendly and patient, allowing customers to choose from a variety of flavors. The store stays cool even with the doors open. A small cookies and cream cake was ordered for Father's Day, though due to limited space, only "HFD!" could be written on it. Despite some minor hiccups with frosting and size, the staff was helpful and even provided a free sample. However, some recent visits have shown a decline in service quality, with one customer being turned away before closing time.
