5 times I’ve been there. 5 times the guy that works weekdays around 12pm-3pm has gotten my order wrong. EVERY F’ing TIME!!!!

Im just wondering why every time around 1am when i go thru drive thru theres always an excuse for us not to order food?? If u r open 24 hours then why am i not able to get food between 1 and 130 am?

This place sucks! The girl working the counter can’t even do her job!! I came here to get a meal for a fire victim and SHE DID NOT ring in the order correctly because the person got their food and said it wasn’t even chicken in the burrito. I clearly said, “Classic Chicken Burrito Combo” when I ordered and she asked as if she heard me. I trusted she knew what she was doing, that’s her job right? When I got the bag she was laughing about something I thought was off. It is so #Very #SAD that this is the kind of service you get from this store now. No greeting at the DT speaker when I pulled that I had to ask if they were open finally she responds, “I will be right with you” It is so sad and disappointing that she can’t even do her job to any fullest. I’ve been going to them for about six months, I always use walk in, because drive through is very very slow. Poor customer service, what I order is pretty much the same, it always bad, chicken is dry, mix drinks always taste different?? I’ve wind up throwing it away. So I’m DONE with del taco. Owner PLEASE don’t respond as I have seen your other response and YOU have done nothing about it?? Owner I’ve read Del Tacos sales were down for 2024 I see why. Good luck

With all the rating I have to agree this location needs to be reevaluated or shut down. The owner of this franchise needs to rehire his team. All these little uneducated kids need to learn how to do their job. Place is so unprofessional and disrespectful.

I ordered a burger from del taco they are my fav. But when my Uber eats got there they were told they don’t have any. I got a call for A substitution instead and over the phone, I can hear hear the person‘s tone of voice, and how they were giving the person picking up the food, such disrespect and hostility and attitude, and also how they were not willing to work with me to get the full amount that I would’ve gotten for the burger meal do better del taco.

Needed to use the restroom (find that one is locked for employees use only) & it’s completely unstocked. No TP, No Seat Covers and unsure how long (if even once today) it was last checked Food getting cold on the table while “girls” argue who’s going to do it & when they’ll get to it
