I have been using Uber for a year and a half. The worst experience was today. I ordered Dominos in the United States. It was a normal order. After waiting, I did not receive the result. I did not hear any phone notifications in the room. On the Ubet platform I didn’t see the delivery information notification on my phone, and then it automatically confirmed the delivery. I went out to check and there was nothing left at the door. After asking the landlord, I found out that the delivery person took it away after arriving at the door. The landlord once said that it was okay. Leave it at the door and we will come out to get it, but the delivery person disagrees and insists on taking the pizza away. I was surprised when I found out, what kind of service is this? I'm going to be hungry tonight. Very bad feeling. I already paid the tip on the Uber platform. Do I need another tip? Can this Dominos delivery person take away the food I purchased at will? Because I paid on the platform, as a payment collection platform, you should have the responsibility to protect your customers' food, even though you later refunded me. But I think this Dominos is too barbaric. Worst feeling, worst night.

This Domino’s has always been excellent. I use the app to order my pizza and it is a great experience. There have been at least two guys making the pizza for years and the quality is always consistently great. I would highly recommend.

This is the most Professional Domino's I have dealt with in a long time. We are from OC but have frequently stayed in Arcadia with family. A few other locations seem to lack good service, common sense and the ability to follow simple delivery instructions. Recently we had a problem with temple city Domino's on numerous occasions. The attention to detail, amount of time, the food was very fresh, hot and tasty. The delivery person was friendly !

'just ordered Dominoes Parmesan bread twists, and 5 cheese dip to go with them. They were horrible!The twists in no way resembled the photo on the web site, leading me the think I had gotten the wrong order. They were indercooked, greasy, just plain awful! The cheese dip was curdled and disgustingly sour tasting!Never Again!

Do not order online cause they steal when they come and you have to sign your receipt for using your card online they make up their own tip after you sign and customer service support is horrible to get a hold of anyone ??♀️ and i had already cashed tip the delivery women but she still stole from me. Going back to pizza hut where they or honest workers there

My husband and I order from this location at least twice a month. Their prices, service, and pizza are great! We usually get our order delivered and order the medium 2 topping pizzas and chicken Alfredo pasta.

I have been coming to this Dominos location for years. Had a pic up here after visitng a friend through our app. Ordered a couple good large pizzas and drinks. I dont really care for the desserts. Our pizzas were good. Customer service was good . Tiny location but my best spot in the area.

Where do I begin.... I tried to order online, but there was an error so I had to call. I called, gave my order, then got another error apparently and then they connected me to someone at the store (WHAT?). After slowly giving my order for 4 pizzas, they confirm the order and tell me it will be over an hour for carry out. Okay....So anyways, after 45min I call to check in on the order only for them to tell me that it's been ready for a while. Thanks... But then they confirm "3 pizzas right?" At this point I've had enough, and calmly state that perhaps there was some miscommunication but if I could order a 4th pixxa that would be great. The cashier on the phone gave me insane attitude and blamed it on me for ordering 3 only, when I know for a fact there were 4 considering I had to repeat my order so many times. We order the pizza.I finally go to pick it up and bring it back home. They literally got 3/4 pizxas WRONG. Mixed all the toppings and then charged me for it. Done with Dominos.No, it wasn't busy either. I walked into the store as the only person there and there are no pizzas or other orders waiting for pickup.

Of all Domino's in this area this is easily the best one. They are a generous with the cheese and toppings. I wish they were more attentive to specific instructions such as extra tomato sauce and well done. But they're still okay. And even know it's not the closest to us, this one is always our location of choice because the other ones are kind of lame.
