We travel nearly an hour just to eat here. Service (counter girl) could have a little more friendly and have patience with ppl that are not familiar with their menu.

“We love JB Burgers. Why? For one, the food is great. I get a steak sandwich all the time. No mayo, due to a diet constraint. Sometimes I'll get a bowl of chili ... or if I'm in the mood, I'll get a stack of french toast with my steak sandwich. Yes, that's a lot of food!

Steak sandwich - The french roll is good. The steak is a nice piece of meat and it has great flavor. They put tomatoes and lettuce. The tomatoes are good. The lettuce adds a crisp crunch, but there's a lot of white lettuce. The steak sandwich is a must!

My better half gets a guacamole burger. Tasty and the guac adds some healthiness AND the creamy texture replaces mayo, 1000 Island or any other sauce that's not healthy.

The chili is good! When it's chilly or on a rainy day, it's good comfort food!

French Toast - this is good stuff. They give you a lot and it's made well. Taste is really good and they use a thicker bread - yummm!

Now to the wonderful staff! 95% of the time we've had good to exceptional service. I order inside the restaurant - makes sense since we're eating inside. One time, this gal told me I could not order inside and she made me go outside to order. I told her I order inside all the time, but she didn't want to listen. I almost left, but I saw the familiar faces there, so I ordered outside. The next time I saw her there, she let me order inside.

I try to get to JB's at least once a week. They're my go to!

“By the way MONROVIA has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. I made sure to tell them. We took our table cloth and sat in there for over an hour as we enjoyed our food. Thanks guys for your great customer service. Looks like you all take pride in your work. Love that!“

“As Wendy's is a fast food chain restaurant, there is a different scale to rate them against. In the area I usually go to Wendy's because the food is consistent and the drink machines have all of the options available and not 5 of the 35 (not necessarily 35, but the selections are all available). This was the first time they didn't have tea for iced tea which I usually get so I assumed that the delivery of the product was the problem. I had a bacon assist go burger which was good and lemonade which were good. The speed of service meant the meat wasn't cooked to order but already cooked, however it didn't taste like it was made quite awhile ago and kept for hours in a warming oven. I will go back again and hope to see the tea next time.“

“Love it! They got everything (burritos, breakfast foods, burgers, pastrami, etc) and food is good, you can taste, feel and see the care they put into the food. Pretty awesome place to watch games... They have two TVs, one showing rams and the other chargers. Definitely will comeback/my go to spot.“

“This was the first time Going to this location. I bought 2 burgers, fries and 2 ice teas. My Mother and I were very pleased. The drive-tru employees were very friendly and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return when in the neighborhood of Duarte. Thank you to Jack in the box employees for giving us such wonderful service.“

“I don't post a lot of reviews. Like the rest of us, only when something goes bad or really good. In this case... it was GREAT! I've never encountered an employee who cared about the customer experience like Miguel did. Late night order after a 16 hour shift. I don't normally get the Cinnabons, but it was a long day and I thought I should treat myself to a diabetic comatose. Miguel simply asked if I would like a side of sweet cream on the side to dip em' 😋. He said, it was how he liked them... so I tried it. He did a couple pumps and gave me a cup on the side. All this to say, MIGUEL went above the call to duty. I really wish everyone (including myself) had this mentality. It's not about the food! It's about the customers experience. “I haven't been to Baja Fresh in a while. Sadly, a few on my commute have closed. I ordered chicken fajitas, burrito, and kids meal. The sauces were so good, varied and spicy, compared to the El Pollo Loco sauces which have been eliminated and unflavored and watery. The food didn't taste only salty! Happily surprised for a fast casual.
The restaurant looked and smelled clean and fresh and nice a/c and fans. Bathrooms were decent and stocked. Staff friendly and patient.

It looked like they'd been sweeping and maybe had to stop before finishing to do some other duties but it was finished up.
Within the parameters of a fast casual under 20/person, definitely 5 stars.“
