Service is excellent, but we drove over an hour, paid over 100 for an order to go, we order the gorditas, in instagram it says they are chicharron gorditas, ours were plain. We ordered a trio of mole chilaquiles, they gave us one salsa verde, one salsa roja and only one was mole. The rest of the food was ok.

We are visiting from Chicago and found this gem on instagram and we just had to check it out. If you love chilaquiles then this is the place to visit. From the food to the drinks and the service they really made you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back when we come back to California.

Wow! I can't believe how good their food is! The owners deserve a nice stand alone location to align their service, food and friendly staff! I ordered El Trio Chilaquiles and shared a Tres Leches Pancakes with my girl and she doesn't care for the mushy and soggy Tres Leches texture but these where nice and soft with the sauce on the side. The owner also surprised us with complimentary Gorditas de Chicharron. We got to chat with her and she's a lovely person from Guadalajara. I can't wait to get back there and try the Mole Trio Chilaquiles or the Menudo!

A waiting time between 50 to an hour, perhaps because it is the weekend, but the food and service were very good. Edgar and all the people who served us were very friendly. The chilaquiles I ordered from EL TRÍO were very delicious and many. THE MEAT WITH CHILE was Like homemade according to my husband, everything is very delicious along with their CAFÉ DE OLLA, everything is very good... and the welcome gift is some MINIS GORDITAS DE CHICHARRON, delicious...

As much as I really like this place, on my last visit, the service was poor. Some food was cold, and eggs over cooked. Owners are great folks, and it's what I do appreciate. First visit, everything was on point. They need to hire more waitresses due to constant businesses.
