Manager who refused to give her name clocked in at 4pm on August 4Th, she was extremely rude when I tried to talk to her very unprofessional definitely owner management I would definitely replace her. I will never be going back here

Jersey Mike's exceeded all expectations! This place deserves more than five stars—it's on par with the best, even rivaling Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth of their hospitality. The store was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly intentional with their customer service. They made sure my order was perfect, and I felt truly understood and valued as a customer. The love and joy they put into their service was palpable, and I left feeling grateful that I chose to dine there tonight. Keep up the phenomenal work, Jersey Mike's! Thank you for the delicious BIG Chicken cheese kahuna hot sandwich. This was a reward for me. The sandwich was very tasty.
Haven’t been here in a while. Seems things are too laid back now… ordered online and came in ten minutes later to learn they completely ignored the ticket and began preparing the food once they saw I was there. Pointless to order in advance. No apology or anything.

The sandwiches are good, but a couple of the female daytime staff acts too unfriendly & rude. Not once has someone said hello or smiled in this place all the times I've been there. Then after paying $10.00 for a sandwich, they try to guilt you into a tip, as if it's a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food chain. Doesn't their employer pay them enough? I'm not going back to this location. Unfriendly staff and the tip guilting is absurd.
