Very nice place with a friendly staff, and the food is consistently good. There was a minor incident where a pice of plastic wrap was in my sandwich. I mentioned it to the lady who apologized and immediately offered to remake the sandwich. Good service! Mike M. - Pasadena

Don't order from their app if you think standing around waiting for your food is wrong. We made the mistake of ordering 1 sandwich from their app and showed up too early to pick it up. Upon arriving at the store, it was pretty quiet (with only a few customers and no workers actually making any sandwiches). We informed them that we had placed an app order and they told us we were too early but don't worry, they would start on our order right away. So we waited...and waited...and waited. 15-20mins later, our sandwich is nowhere in sight. I asked a worker walking by and he said that we were too early for our sandwich. I told him that I understood that but we had been told they would be able to start our order since we were waiting. We were then told that they had not started our order and that there were others ahead of us. I informed them that I couldn't wait and would like to cancel our order and asked a worker if he could help us cancel it. He mumbled, 'I don't know how" and walked away from us. I asked to speak with the assistant manager and after waiting some more, she finally comes out. I explained the situation, including how we know we're early but that we had been told they could start our order. She asked for our name and said you're too early for your order. I realized then that I would never get any decent customer service from this store or this manager and kindly asked her to help cancel our order. She refunded our money but when we reinforced that her team member had given us false information that led to wasted time, she simply threw in, "thank you for treating us like shit." I'm not sure how we were made to feel like bad guys when we were lied to, wasted our time, and frankly WE were polite to everyone (including the assistant manager). The food here is average and definitely not good enough to subject customers to careless service. Don't bother with their app and better yet, don't bother with this restaurant when there are plenty of other wonderful local sandwich spots that will serve up amazing food w/ kind and caring service (e.g., #my deli, Gene's Grinders).

Hi, all! I am writing this review as I frequent this particular Jersey Mike's almost weekly (don't judge me) lol. With that being said there are two team members that I want to acknowledge! Both Jasmine and Kissa (sorry if I butchered the spelling on either of those names) have amazing positivity! Their quickness and the simple joy of their attitude make my trip to Jersey Mike's a beautiful experience and make my day that much easier on my mind. The sandwiches are always great, no matter what you order! I love this place and I am so happy that I can feel comfortable every time by being greeted with a smile! Great job and thank you for the delicious and special sandwiches!

The Philly cheesesteak sandwiches are super hot and flavorful and I also like to order the turkey sandwich with provolone it's so good on rosemary bread. I love coming here to eat the place is well kept and clean. Staff always accommodates my modifications to my sandwich.

Wow. Ordered via the app. Arrived and my order wasn't ready. I sat back and watched as numerous couriers arrived and were handed their orders. I walk back to the counter to ask about my order. The guy shuffled through the bags for pick up and hands me mine. I arrive back at work and you guess it! Totally wrong order. So now I've wasted gas going to their store, wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my order and now I'm starving and hypoglycemic because I guess reading isn't fundamental. These are the same people who want $25/hr but can't even get an order correct or even to the correct person.

The sandwiches are good, but a couple of the female daytime staff acts too unfriendly & rude. Not once has someone said hello or smiled in this place all the times I've been there. Then after paying $10.00 for a sandwich, they try to guilt you into a tip, as if it's a sit down restaurant instead of a fast food chain. Doesn't their employer pay them enough? I'm not going back to this location. Unfriendly staff and the tip guilting is absurd.

Staff was kind and professional. My daughter eats GF bread. They just were unpacking their delivery and the young woman went back and got some for my daughter. While she was making my daughters a fly was crawling over the meat on mine. Without even asking she threw it out and make me a fresh one for me and did not charge me. This was not necessary but very professionally handled. They were very accommodating. Manager should be proud of their staff at this location.

Driving to the Jersey Mike's in El Monte is worth the distance over coming to this location. They are ridiculously slow here and their customer service is non-existent. They seriously just do not care about what they're doing. The one star is charity and is given only because no stars isn't an option.

I used to love it here. i am completely devastated. I began ordering my sandwiches and asked if I could have a mini sandwich with only bread and avocado. It is my three year olds favorite meal. Upon asking they said it would charge as a regular sandwich with the extra cost of avocado. I asked for a more simple price because it doesn't make sense to charge for meat when there isn't any, the sandwich artist said no. I then accepted that I would have to buy it as a mini sandwhich. While it was my turn to add my toppings, the assistant manager was very rude. Interrupting me, throwing ingredients on my sandwhich and purposefully leaving in the cheese when specifically asked for none. They continued to be rude towards my little sister as well, shouting to hurry up and make her sandwhich. Surprisingly the checkout process went smoothly. I will never return to this establishment. I am completely devastated.

Ordered through their mobile app and pick up was scheduled for 1:02 pm. Arrived around 1:20 pm and they had forgot to make my order. I had to wait an additional 16 mins for my order to be prepared. The whole reason of placing my order was through their mobile app was to not have to wait for my order to be prepared.
