Strawberry cheese cake shake is always great.

Come here all the time, today I came 30min before they close. They won’t make anything like juices because they already washed the the blender and don’t want to rehash it. That’s why I was told they don’t have it and then she said it’s because she doesn’t want to wash it. Like what?
3 stars because they have always been super nice to me when I come in asking the same damn question over and over. They have elotes preparados on the menu but only have esquites, which is pretty disappointing and they’ve run out a few times when I have gone. I finally asked about if they run out of elotes on the cob or just don’t make them and the nice girl working let me know they actually only serve esquites and explained they are also limited in how much they prep. As far as getting fruta, you’re better off getting it next door from the market. They have some cut up and prepared with tajin ready to go and it’s much fresher.

Horrible service I just left right now because I’m there waiting for almost 20 minutes. He can see the employees all bunched up in one side. I don’t know what the heck they were looking at. No one check to see what I want it. Another person comes in in front of me and they ask him right away what they want, and I told him that I was there first they just looked at me like I wasn’t even there

Disappointed with this place, I am a frequent customer at all locations but the staff has a very bad attitude. I also have a business and people like that can damage the image Sunday at 3:30 pm
It was barely 8:31 and they told me they can only sell me juice and ice cream that they stopped serving food past 8:30 even tho it was only 1 minute past. And why is that? Don’t you guys close at 9!?!? Horrible service!! The lady seemed like she didn’t even want to be there, she was mad serving the juice.

This is very hard to review because their ice cream especially their chocolate ice cream bars are so so good. But the last two times I've been there it took me 10 to 15 minutes to get served. Today there was one person in front of me and I can't quite figure out what they ordered but they were being helped but it took so long.

This pass saturday january 20, 2024 my family of 3 and I decided to stop by for some tostilocos and ice cream around 8:35 pm since we only live a few blocks away from this location. To our surprice when we were about to walk in one of their employees stoped us right away to let us know that we can only order ice cream and paletas. I asked him why and he said because they were about to close ( they closed at 9:00 pm) I was verry surpriced with his answere. We just said thank you and left. I think this was very unprofecional. We ended up driving to the location on Duarte and a couple of young guys helped us out and where very polite. I think you need to do something about it , if your policy is not to help custumers at its fulles 20 minutes before closing I think you should announce it in your web site. You could have made an easy $40.

Visited this place for the first time in hopes of getting some yummy snacks. We were the only customers inside and the worker had his back to us and didn’t greet us for a whole 5 minutes. When he asked us what we wanted to order he said they ran out of esquites….. um there’s a whole grocery store next door. We opted for the fruit bowl which was just ok. Needless to say idk if we will be returning.

Very clean place, I think it's relatively new.Very friendly staff...insane number of flavours and Very reasonably priced.I'd certainly recommend this place if you are looking for icecream but don't know what flavour.Plenty to choose from
