This is very hard to review because their ice cream especially their chocolate ice cream bars are so so good. But the last two times I've been there it took me 10 to 15 minutes to get served. Today there was one person in front of me and I can't quite figure out what they ordered but they were being helped but it took so long.

This pass saturday january 20, 2024 my family of 3 and I decided to stop by for some tostilocos and ice cream around 8:35 pm since we only live a few blocks away from this location. To our surprice when we were about to walk in one of their employees stoped us right away to let us know that we can only order ice cream and paletas. I asked him why and he said because they were about to close ( they closed at 9:00 pm) I was verry surpriced with his answere. We just said thank you and left. I think this was very unprofecional. We ended up driving to the location on Duarte and a couple of young guys helped us out and where very polite. I think you need to do something about it , if your policy is not to help custumers at its fulles 20 minutes before closing I think you should announce it in your web site. You could have made an easy $40.

Visited this place for the first time in hopes of getting some yummy snacks. We were the only customers inside and the worker had his back to us and didn’t greet us for a whole 5 minutes. When he asked us what we wanted to order he said they ran out of esquites….. um there’s a whole grocery store next door. We opted for the fruit bowl which was just ok. Needless to say idk if we will be returning.

Very clean place, I think it's relatively new.Very friendly staff...insane number of flavours and Very reasonably priced.I'd certainly recommend this place if you are looking for icecream but don't know what flavour.Plenty to choose from

The best agua frescas in the area ! The esquite from here is really good too! Honestly all the ice cream flavors are really good too

I came here for an esquite and a fresa con crema agua fresca. I am so disappointed with both. The esquite was very watery, didn't have lemon or butter and had a thin layer of mayo and cheese. After a few bites I felt like I was eating corn straight out of a can. Definitely not worth $5.99. The fresa con crema agua fresca was very thick and needed more water. I will not be coming back and stick to the Alhambra location.
