The small restaurant is kind of a hole in the wall. It is in a plaza with a few other Chinese restaurants and GW grocery store. I've been here many many years ago and remembered it being pretty good. However, after this last visit, I'm not so sure anymore. First of all, you order everything via the QR code on the table. Very quick/convenient. Secondly, everything is served in to-go containers. Not sure if they just ordered too many to-go containers during the pandemic or just easier for them to clean up. In my opinion, it's neither environmentally friendly nor elevate the dining experience. Thirdly, the food was just ok. the beef noodle soup was not great. The soup was bland and there's only a few bites of beef. The pot stickers were not crispy. They seemed to have been boiled and pan fried instead of cooked in the pan. I will still order the frozen dumplings to go, but would not recommend dining here.

Friendly welcoming service. Food was decent. Not amazing but pretty tasty. -1 star for having everything served in disposable containers.... even when your dining in. How environmentally irresponsible. Are you trying to save money by not paying a dishwasher? Seems thoughtless. Even if you're recycling them it cheapens the experience. -1 sort of a small menu. A few things seemed redundant. I would go back if it wasn't for the disposable plates. I just felt guilty eating the whole time.

I picked up some dumplings to go. The beef ones were the best! The chicken were also good. The pork had a bit too much allspice or something in them. I really thought the beef ones were some of the best dumplings I've ever had!

The food is good. But, it's only worth it to dine in. The take out experience is a 2 thumbs down. The restaurant is so stingy with their soup. Even though we pay for extra soup they only fill the container halfway. They didn't pack condiments or utensils.

Delicious! The noodles were tasty and fresh! The dumplings were very filling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some homemade bites.

I was so disappointed it used to be my fave dumpling place. The reasons are: 1. Their restroom didn't work in which restaurants with dine should have. 2. They used all disposable utensils that made all the good flavor's gone. A Michelin's sign made them downgrade all their quality.

Dumplings were sub-par and under cooked. Only disposable utensils and bowls. Very disappointed.

Good! Good! Good! AAA recommended this dumpling restaurant and I agree with them. The food is fresh, delicious and the portions are generous. I really enjoyed the pork dumplings. They were crispy and juicy and well seasoned. Their scallion pancakes were the best I've had... ever! Thin, crispy and the right balance of scallions. It is a bit pricy but worth the money. I recommend it and will come back!

Food is tasty and service is fine, but my mom felt it was quite expensive for dumplings and noodles Just be prepared for that.

Great food! Ambiance is very casual. Came here with one of my classmates during one of our breaks. Service was okay, you can either order via toast tab or in person. We ordered a few different orders of XLB including one with crab, so tasty!

For dining in, diners must order through app on phone but if you have limited mobile service, there is no WiFi available. Payment and tip is requested upfront before service is rendered. One noodle dish came out immediately but the two steamed dumpling dishes took 15 min for the first dish then another 15 for the next. I saw other people who came later than I and received the same dishes sooner. I also followed up on the second dumpling dish and the server causally said she knows that we ordered an additional dish but did not make any efforts to check in, it seemed like it was forgotten. I won't recommend or return to this establishment.

The steamed dumpling we ordered has gone bad and smelled aweful. When we returned it, no apologies from the restaurant at all.

Back in my chef-in-training days, a pal tipped me off about this hidden gem. Fast forward to a grocery run at Good Fortune Supermarket, my partner and I stumbled upon Lucious and Mackys! We went with Lucious and boy, were we in for a treat! The inside was very clean and modern, had beautiful asian pictures of food hehehe! From the crispy Pan-fried pork dumplings bursting with flavor to the divine Angus Stewed Beef noodle soup, everything was a solid 5/5. The generous portions even left us with some takeaway goodies. Don't miss out - this spot is a culinary jackpot!
