I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant regarding their policy on service animals. It appears there is a complete lack of understanding and training surrounding the accommodation of individuals with service dogs. Not only did the staff respond unprofessionally, but the manager also supported their refusal, which reflects a significant gap in knowledge about the regulations governing service animals.
It is disheartening to see a business that does not prioritize inclusivity or take the time to educate its staff on the importance of providing appropriate accommodations for all patrons. I hope this establishment takes the necessary steps to improve awareness and training in this critical area.
