This is our new favorite Thai restaurant, and among our favorite restaurants in general.The food is excellent, very fresh and tasty, not oily. They do what they call "water sauteing", with no oil or very little oil.The pineapple curry was especially amazing.The food was very tasty, and still not too spicy, and the desserts were all amazing. This place was packed, every table was occupied and yet the service was still outstanding and friendly. Food was served relatively quickly as well. I had the red curry with chicken and Jasmine rice and it was delicious, lots of flavor even with only one star spice. The table next to me ventured with 4 star spice and the gentleman was exclaiming how wonderfully spicy it was. Don't forget to save room for their mango sticky rice dessert, won't disappoint. This food hit the spot!

Thai Thyme is one of the best, if not he best Thai Food I’ve ever tried. Pad Thai is wonderful. Entres are perfect and soups are made with the best veggies and broth ever. We love it here. Cannot recommend it more ? We got mango sticky rice for dessert and came in a heart shape. Worth driving to Monrovia and experiencing these amazing plates. Plus service is wonderful. Very attentive and graceful. Please enjoy it for yourself.
