Staff was wonderful and welcoming, went above and beyond to make sure our visit was great. Would definitely recommend.“

“We came in very close to closing time. The staff was very polite, friendly and quick with service. We really appreciated it, especially since we came after Disneyland. The kids wanted to eat pizza for dinner and we got the drive over with to eat closer to home. Because of closed lanes on the freeway, we barely made it in time. “If you have not had the chance to dine in at Girasol, I highly recommend it. The chicharon with guac is a must as a starter, make sure you get some of the spicy sauce. As for a recommendation for a meal, well you have to come in and try. We loved the chilaquiles, the carne en su juego, the menudo, and the breakfast burrito. If you have a sweeter taste, the French toast, the pancakes and the crepe are awesome. But as mentioned before, you just have to come in and try everything.“

“I actually ordered their chicken and waffle for breakfast and not thinking this can be that great (because I didn't choose this place but my mom did 😬). However, to my surprise, the Belgium waffle was huge and has a very good texture with a special dough. And Man, that chicken thigh is something else! I love that chicken was marinated first, then fired (or baked) so it's juicy and not dry at all! Not to even mention the Hispanic servers there can speak Chinese so that's why they can draw my mom back (and now me)! 🤣 👏 Bravo Nano Cafe 👏“

“I just moved to the neighborhood and needed breakfast before work. The place was pleasant inside abd the young men working were cordial. I got a bagel with cream cheese, tomato, & onion. I was pleased that it tasted seasoned and they used red onions. My bagel was thousands times better than anything I have bought in Alhambra. I think I found a local spot for myself.“

“Food here is pretty good, esp since it's in Monrovia. The service is friendly but there's a tendency to not look my way. The parking is okay, as the place share a lot with at least 4 other eateries, sometimes it's kinda hard to find a spot. The atmosphere is just okay, a tad too crowded and too loud. It's not for a date night but pretty decent for a simple dinner out.“

“We randomly stumbled upon this poke restaurant and it quickly became one of our favorites! The fish was incredibly fresh. The ahi and salmon was very high quality. I enjoyed how customizable the bowls were and how the sauces had the perfect amount of flavor and spices!

Portions were generous and the toppings were fantastic!

Staff was friendly! They provided helpful recommendations.

I will definitely be back at this hidden gem.

“I was craving Korean bbq but bowl style and this spot was nearby.

I ordered their marinated short rib bowl and I added extra proteins of spam, an egg and chicken with no rice, all salad. It was a phenomenal lunch overall. The flavor was definitely there. It was definitely pricey after I added all the extras, but still worth it.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.“

The thing is I messaged a week ago on Insta and they held my spot. When we arrived we were treated like royalty .Food and wine was amazingly accompanied with great hospitality. “I've been a fan of their Burrito Ultimo for over two decades. It is the same high quality and great taste it was in 2004 when I frequented the Baja Fresh near my then workplace. I retired a few years ago and visit a different Baja Fresh that is near a business I go to every few months...the taste hasn't changed in all that time. Love the salsa bar and freshly sliced jalapenos.“

“Pinkberry is my one stop shop for frozen yogurt. I like that they have copious amount of toppings and flavors. Indoor vibe was welcoming. Similarly, it’s neat, organized and well lit. Staff were ebullient and very helpful. They were following health protocol. After a minute of deliberation and much needed thought as I look at the menu. I ordered a medium size cup of pomegranate flavor with fruits, mochi and chocolate chip as toppings. I truly enjoyed my Pinkberry pomegranate yogurt. Overall, I had a good order experience and I highly recommend this Pinkberry location.“
