We loved it so much! The service was also excellent, the owner (I believe she was) was very attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better.“

“9537 Las Tunas Dr, Temple City, CA 91780 is located in Temple City, Los Angeles County. The name of the store is "Hometown Noodle House". As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in all kinds of noodles and various hometown-style stir-fried dishes and snacks. The owner of the restaurant is a Shanxi native and he is a Shanxi restaurant owner. A member of the association, he has been running a restaurant for many years. He has many branches. The boss's business philosophy is that customers come first, quality comes first, and service comes first. In order to ensure the quality of the meals, the boss has strict requirements on the selection of ingredients, and he selects the best ingredients on the market. Good ingredients and strict control ensure the quality. In addition, this store has hired Master Mu, a top chef from Shanxi Grand Hotel, to cook in person at a high salary. Therefore, both the various kinds of noodles and dishes are top-notch, not only the color but also the color. , the aroma has reached the extreme and the cooking is to a standard that ordinary chefs cannot make. Every time I have a meal with my relatives and friends, I will come to this restaurant. Not only is the food quality the best, but the price is also very affordable. Friends who have eaten here are full of praise and praise. One of the best restaurants in the Los Angeles area welcomes old and new friends and is sure to make you happy and satisfied! ?“

“I eat here all the time. Their breakfast burrito is huge with meat potatoes, eggs, refried beans, and cheese. The only thing I would like to see change is their asada quesadillas; they are super delicious but quite greasy and with only one additional step to the cooking process; soaking up the grease with paper towels etc, they could have the best quesadillas in town. And for that reason I award them 4/5 stars. Altogether a good environment with done in or drive through options, reasonable prices and a friendly staff… and their sauces are usually quite good as well; try their habanero if you dare… (;“

“I’ve been on a Taiwanese food binge lately and have been searching everywhere for some good, authentic Taiwanese dishes. This little mom-and-pop, hole-in-the-wall spot really hit the mark. The food tastes just like what I’d expect from back home or from the night markets in Taiwan.
I tried the stinky tofu (a must-have for any true Taiwanese food lover), the pork chop rice, and a few other dishes—and every bite was delicious, flavorful, and comforting. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and the seasoning is on point.
The owners are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the dining experience feel even more like you’re visiting family. The restaurant shares a plaza with other shops, so there’s plenty of parking available, which is a big plus.
A couple of tips: it’s best to bring cash, as not everything is set up for cards. Also, they do have a restroom on site, which is always nice for a small place like this.
Overall, this is the kind of spot you want to keep coming back to—and the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to share so it stays special. Definitely one of my new go-to Taiwanese comfort food spots!“

“Looking for a taste of Hong Kong in the SGV? I checked out Alice’s Kitchen in Temple City and it really feels like dining on the streets of Hong Kong. The ambiance is super cool, with fake storefronts and shop signs that set the vibe. The menu is large, with a mix of Hong Kong cafe classics and Cantonese dishes. My friend ordered the fish maw soup and I had the baked pork chop rice. Both were delicious, generously portioned, and very reasonably priced. Service is standard for an HK cafe.“

“First time eating in this seafood buffet. The food was plentiful, great varieties, some of food was very tasty. Dim sums were very good. Plentiful specializef coffee, fruit drinks.
The servers were not very attentive, playing their cell phones or talking to each other, not paying attention of what the customers eating or calling them.“

“Satisfying and cooling desserts hit the spot at meet fresh. There is a huge variety to choose from that can be a little overwhelming, but there are pictures on the menu for clarification. The ordering stations sometimes take a while and load slow and orders can take a while to come out. However, once you do get your desserts, there really not much to go wrong. From grass jellies, shaved ice, drinks, egg waffles, etc. they are truly an emporium for Taiwanese desserts! My favorites are the iced grass jelly and red bean shaved ice.“

“Today I visited the Mexican grill restaurant Chipotle and was very impressed. I ordered a barbacoa bowl — the meat literally melts in your mouth, juicy and flavorful. The greens were fresh, the tomatoes delicious, and everything paired perfectly. I was extremely hungry before, but now I’m full and completely satisfied.
The atmosphere here is special: floor-to-ceiling windows let you enjoy the sunset, beautiful clouds, and the warm evening light. And on top of that, there is always pleasant music playing, creating a cozy and relaxing vibe. A great place — I will definitely come back again!“
