“Hungry Bird is new in town, and I’m lucky enough to live just a few blocks away. This was my first visit, and I loved it! Everything looked and tasted delicious. They have chicken, beef, seafood, and pork skewers, plus noodles and sushi rolls. I came for the skewers, and I’d definitely come back to try more.

“It had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. I must say the decor is exactly as I remembered. Took 3 minutes to be seated then we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive waiter I’ve EVER had at any restaurant . I’m a huge lover of the cabbage salad so I gorged on a big bowl before dinner. I ordered a medium rare fillet and potato and it was cooked to perfection. I so wish I lived nearby as I would pay it a regular visit. I’m so glad the Clearmans Northwoods inn has not been changed.“

“Been coming here for a while. They're always pretty attentive, nice, accommodating. The place is usually clean. Get seated relatively quickly. Food is good. Happy hour is worth it. Large selection of beers. Not many gluten-free beers tho, and they're not part of happy hour.
1 star less cuz i went to the restroom before the food arrived and 1. the restroom smells hit me well before getting to the door. Felt bad for the people sitting near them. 2. The kitchen is next to the bathroom, so overall, it makes it a little un-appetizing.“

“This bar is pretty chill. I've come in a couple of times with my man-friend to play pool. We usually stop by the bar to grab a couple beers first and the bartenders are always quick to greet us and take our order. Drinks are reasonably priced. There are 2 pool tables in the back of the bar where you can add yourself to a list and get in on some games. One of the times we went there was live music playing. The atmosphere is pretty chill and inviting and for the most part the bar was clean overall. We definitely plan to come back!“

“Thursday Nights !! A+ Bartender Rosie goes above and beyond . I’m not only if she friendly and acknowledges any and every person who walks in she’s not like other bartenders I’ve seen other establishments who are on their phone more than they are working. She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. “This was my first time having the Classic Afternoon Tea at The Lobby Lounge. Because we got there late morning (10am) before most other guests, the venue was very quiet, which we enjoyed. The scones, sandwiches, and desserts were top quality, filling, and paired excellent with the two pots of tea provided. The service hosts pour and refill your teacup, so there is no need to do it yourself. There was a live pianist who added an additional touch of elegance. Afterwards, we had a lovely stroll through the grounds. Overall, a 10/10 experience!“

Place is only open during private events/parties or during big sports events! If you’re looking for a place to get a beer and hang out for live music this is the place in El Monte !!!“

“I was there for a 30 yr old birthday with a friend and it was a nice atmosphere Kareoke was good lots of nice voices ( I can make a choir out of them) LOL. All in all it good. But I left early cause I don't like staying out to late so 10ish was a good time to go home.“

I was convinced that I had left my cell phone at the restaurant (my phone had died and my apple watch indicated that the phone was there), and the staff person who answered the phone kindly looked for it and then patiently explained that if the phone had died, my apple watch may be indicating its last known location, but not its present location. She was right, and I soon found my phone--with a completely dead battery. Nevertheless, I appreciated her taking the time to reassure me--despite how busy I know that staff can be at that restaurant. We had planned to return for the wonderful food, but now we will definitely be returning for the delicious food, charming atmosphere, and more-than-helpful service!“

“This our 2nd time here for dinner and it truly did not disappoint! The tender and craftfully seasoned steak & shrimp fajitas, plus the sweet corn esquite were delicious! We paired them with some drinks from the bar to round off our dinner meal! It was worth the stop 180 miles away from our home!“

“A bit pricey BUT delicious meal. I had the Chicken Mole- which was made with shredded chicken-however my MIL returned the following week and she said that it was NOT the same and NOT nearly as good. So maybe ask before placing your order🤷🏼. The Mango Margarita was Very Large and equally delicious BUT it was almost $20! Each !
So all in all it was a very nice meal for two and it was $98 for 2 dinners and 2 margaritas. No sides or appetizers. Minus the tip.“
