“I love their food!!!!! The only thing I think they could do better is offer a larger selection of dining options. If they can't add to the menu, just have more specials that change regularly. This will keep us wanting to experience the chefs talents.“
“AltaEats offers a culinary journey with highs and lows. This was my second visit to AltaEats. The first time was a 5 out 5. This visit offered inconsistency in both food and service. The salads (burrata and caesar) at AltaEats were a standout, offering fresh and flavorful combinations. Make sure to the delicious bacon-wrapped dates; a delightful blend of sweet and savory. The rib eye was okay. It didn't quite live up to our expectations. The bread & butter and pot de creme were both delicious. We fought over the lest bits of the desert. The service was a mixed. One waitress, notably wearing a provocative necklace, left much to be desired in terms of friendliness and professionalism. On the other hand, the second waitress provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience AltaEats offers a culinary adventure with standout dishes and a mix of service experiences. Your experiences may vary. They did for me.“
“Our party of five adults enjoyed the delicious poke appetizer, bread and butters, main courses of pasta, soup, short rib, scallops, and sides of broccolini, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, delicious tempura mushroom and a decent bottle of Italian red wine. Many items were gluten free for our celiac guest. Wonderful evening out on the patio with the heaters going and blankets to keep us warm and comfortable. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff too! Perfect evening!“
“I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender was helpful and attentive. Beer selection is above average which has a good selection of stouts, ciders or IPAs. Good spot in the area for food and drinks. The Fish and chips are a pretty big deal!“
“Old Towne Pub RULES. Ignore any reviews that say otherwise. If people don't like it, they're simply lame, and you don't want to hang out with them anyway. Why does OTP rule? Because it's a throwback in time to the 90s rock and bar scene, with live music most night s, no damn TVs playing sports, a huge beer selection (so you can get a crappy cheap beer if you want...which we all do at times, or you can get a top notch craft beer too if you want). The look and feel inside this place and on their awesome patio is just so unusual for the Los Angeles area. Reminds me of great bars from my college days. And the fact that there are live bands and people who appreciate that live music and cheer and applaud the bands, and even do a little dancing sometimes, just warms my heart. Again: OTP RULES!“
“Had such a good time here! The bartender was really cool and accommodating. At midnight, they gave our group a bottle of champagne to celebrate my best friend's birthday. We had a group of and we were able to get the corner to ourselves.“
“I asked a Pasadena resident where I could find a nice restaurant for my best friend and I to sit down and have meal together and catch up. He recommended The Raymond, and it did not disappoint. The service was good but not intrusive, the food was excellent, and the ambience was perfect for an evening of conversation. Highly recommended.“
“Pasadena Gaucho Grill : A relaxing lunch spot on a Friday afternoon with friends. Manuel provided excellent service. Everyone enjoyed their order: Gaucho Burger with fries, salad & empanada, rotisserie chicken with salad, grilled chicken with salad, vanilla ice cream for dessert. Parking structure nearby is convenient and free.“
“This is our favorite go to place in the neighborhood The food is always delicious and a little adventuresome. The chef likes to change up the menu frequently and there are some favorites that are always there. I love the tuna tartare tacos. But he also makes duck confit, bouillabaise, bone marrow. Their happy hour is great where you can have a taste of lots of fabulous small plates. If you like oysters, there is always a selection of very fresh offerings. Love this place!!“
“In the world of trendy venues chasing the latest trend, there is a lone hero - Colorado Bar. For over 50 years this place has seen generations of drinkers. Fair warning: you will not like this place if you are not local, so tourists beware! “

“The food was good, though I recommend they make the nachos look a little more like they are on the picture! Mine was a huge mush of chips and gooey stuff. Aside from this, I want to call out Aiden. My son had left his name badge for the ACDA honor choir in his seat. And while going to a restaurant and getting your lost and found items is not uncommon, mine was a little more involved. The name badge wasn't upfront with the other name badges that had been left by other participants, nor was it in the booth where we had been sitting. Apparently, it had been thrown away! Aiden found it, and, before handing it to me, said, "let me sterilize this for you." He then went and personally cleaned the entire thing to make sure it was OK and handed it to me. Thanks for bailing us out and for going above and beyond Aiden! Woot!“
“Great atmosphere for American football lovers I got all the rules explained before the end of the first quarter. Also why the Packers wear a cheese hat. To have a place with that many Belgian beers on tap is hard to find in most European cities so... chapeau bas. ?“
“Love how you can buy food from Whole Foods salad bar and come in and enjoy it at Shuffle Bar. It's connected to Whole Foods, so it makes sense. It's never crowded, and there's a decent size t.v where you can watch sports games and get a cold adult beverage. You can order food from the Shuffle Bar menu as well. It might be a better option, especially for hot items. It will be served warm and fresh.“
“Beautiful, Elegant, Timeless, ambiance, where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine or a cocktail and a few nibbles. The shishito peppers among other items on the menu are delicious. It can get busy, so food items ordered take some time, but I think it's to be expected. Nice and relaxing. Thank you!“
“Great food, beer, and service! Came over for some beers and appetizer. Highly recommend the asada fries. Their selections of IPAs, beers + cocktails in general was great. Service was also on point! Our server, Sumner was very attentive without being overbearing. He took the time to listen what our preference was in a beer and brought over a couple taster so that we can decide on what we wanted to drink. His recommendations were great! He also recommended the asada fries which I am so happy we got because they were delicious! We will definitely be coming back!Parking: Lots of free parking, hard to find in Pasadena“
“Not from around here but this is a super fun place! Aubrie was such a breath of fresh air server and so helpful with recommendations! Lots of fun decorations and the food options are overwhelming! (In a good way though! ) Drink options are just as good! Super friendly staff as well!“
“Always a great time, we typically come to Sorrisso for dinner, then we just move to Bar Celona for drinks and dancing... Their food in general is really good, their tapas too!, definitely recommend you to try their empanadas. We have been there around 5 times, the DJs are not the same as they rotate them, but they all play good music and keep the party going.“
“Amazing! Probably the best restaurant I’ve been to in Pasadena! I loved the beet carpaccio and sourdough bread. There are good vegan options in addition to the meat and cheese. Great for a dateDietary restrictions: Vegan options available“
