Super fun ! I love that it was kind of mysterious and you have to send an email to receive the "password". Then reciting the password to the mysterious doorman wondering if he's gonna let you in or just tell you that you're crazy. Upon entering the place is dimly lit except for the wall of spirits. The red lighting makes you feel like you're in a vampire bar. The drinks were good and priced fair. There is a dress code. No hats and no sports gear. Enjoyed this cute speakeasy in Pasadena! You enter through the back and the bouncer will let you in if you know the password for the night. All drinks are ordered at the bar, there is plenty of tables and sitting areas but can be difficult to find because of how crowded it gets. The music is a bit loud, so it is hard to talk to people if you are in a big group.
