I didn’t actually have any good but the tea was very good. And the service was amazing. Very kind staff. Didn’t realize it was cashless, which is the only negative I can think of, so the gentleman allowed me to try some tea on tap on the houses. Will definitely come back. Think I found my next new favorite place.

I visited the Old Town Pasadena location today. (Sunday July,26 4pm)
The female staff who took my order was very friendly.
However, my experience was completely ruined by the barista(male) who prepared my drinks.
When I said thank you and kindly asked which drink was which (since I ordered two), the barista answered in a very rude and annoyed manner.
