She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. “It had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. I must say the decor is exactly as I remembered. Took 3 minutes to be seated then we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive waiter I’ve EVER had at any restaurant . I’m a huge lover of the cabbage salad so I gorged on a big bowl before dinner. I ordered a medium rare fillet and potato and it was cooked to perfection. I so wish I lived nearby as I would pay it a regular visit. I’m so glad the Clearmans Northwoods inn has not been changed.“

“We tried this little bar while we were visiting friends in the Uptown Whittier area. It's an eclectic little cocktail lounge with speakeasy vibes. We loved the decor and the ambience was great with dimmed soft red lights that made the place very relaxing. They had happy hour going on and we tried the queso con chorizo dip. It came really hot so it was watery and when we tried it, it was oily and mushy. However, once it cooled, the dish was solidified and the flavors really merged and popped- the oaxaca cheese, poblano peppers, and chorizo really blended together into a delicious dish. I highly recommend you try it! They have specialty drinks but carry a full bar and can make many other drinks. I really enjoyed their specialty drinks although they were very small. We spent about an hour there, then headed to dinner with friends. The staff was great and attentive. They were very nice and really explained their menu. It was a cute little place that were definitely visiting again when we're in town.“

“We had dinner at Wistaria last night and the food was delicious (we had the beet and goat cheese salad and the trout almondine and salmon dishes). We had such a positive experience that we decided to make this our go-to restaurant whenever we are in the area. I actually decided to write this review because of the kind service--after I left. I was convinced that I had left my cell phone at the restaurant (my phone had died and my apple watch indicated that the phone was there), and the staff person who answered the phone kindly looked for it and then patiently explained that if the phone had died, my apple watch may be indicating its last known location, but not its present location. She was right, and I soon found my phone--with a completely dead battery. Nevertheless, I appreciated her taking the time to reassure me--despite how busy I know that staff can be at that restaurant. We had planned to return for the wonderful food, but now we will definitely be returning for the delicious food, charming atmosphere, and more-than-helpful service!“
