Ordered the chili cheese fries, got the extra peppers and went to heaven!!
The service was great and fast. Greeted with a smile and the customer service was great.

It has been YEARS since I had Tommy's! I used to go consistently when I was working in DTLA and our director would take us there for a yummy team lunch, resulting us coming back to the office with food coma.
BF had a hankering for some Tommy's, which we both haven't had in a long while, so we drove to our nearest one in Monrovia. I still remember food OD'ing with both the chili burger and the chili fries so I was hesitant to order the same again, but BF convinced me that we got this. So we ordered a chili cheeseburger (with no pickles), double chili cheeseburger (with no pickles, no mustard, and extra onions), and chili fries. We both love that there was a graphic at the register of what's in a typical burger so you can quickly and easily modify your order.
Food was out in a reasonable amount of time and we enjoyed it back home. While we would've loved to have more chili on the fries and we remembered the burgers bursting with chili back then (maybe it's less due to costs nowadays), it still hit the spot. We weren't too food comatose afterwards, so that's a plus (or minus if you think of it on the other side of the coin).
We're eyeing their breakfast burrito (available all day and comes with chili) and their breakfast sandwich next!
They have their own parking lot, so it's not too hard to get a spot. Decent amount of seating indoors too.

Love Tommy's. The chili really is different than most fast food and fast casual restaurants. And, right now they are doing buy one get one or just a great/cheap price on their chili cheese burgers or double chili cheese burgers, often. It isnt everyday but its worth looking up & going when they do. One of the best deals and if you love their chili cheese burgers, check it out. I eat Tommy's a little more often than my health prefers, but the quality & price is right! I'm a fan 🍻

The young lady taking my order had trouble getting it right, I had to repeat it four times before she finally did. When my order arrived, it was missing two burgers. I used to love Tommy’s chili when they really drenched the food in it, but it’s definitely not the same anymore. To make things worse, several tables were dirty even though the place wasn’t busy, and the bathroom, let’s just say it clearly needed attention. It’s not what it used to be. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, and if I do, it’ll probably only be once or twice a year.

Would give a zero but I can’t I asked for a chili cheese burger only chili and cheese on the burger lady proceeded to make it with everything and when I told her it was only chili and cheese proceeds to grab the burger with her hands and transfer the chili with her fingers without any gloves also grabs the patties with her fingers and transfer it to a different bun and she is the cashier at no point did she was her hands when she handled the burger the way she did

Went in around 8pm 10/23/25
kinda quiet but they all showed up after me Tommy's is always a treat. . Love their food. And world famous chili 🥣🫘 the staff was very friendly and helpful haven't been here in a while because it's a little hard to get to but now the metro A line runs close by it got easier
