I’m writing this because I love Pinkberry and actually want this location to survive—but it won’t if the owner keeps treating portions like they’re coming out of his personal savings.
I have never seen yogurt measured this aggressively. It genuinely feels like the guy is pouring by the milliliter, as if a few extra grams might bankrupt the business. The experience is so uncomfortable that it kills the joy of ordering.
At this point, I don’t even feel angry—I feel embarrassed for the owner. Running a food business without understanding that generosity drives loyalty is a guaranteed way to fail.
Hands down, the most stingy owner I’ve ever encountered.

Im not in the habit of giving a business a bad review but in this case I absolutely must. They charged me nesrly $13 for a large yogurt. Yogurt!! Absolutely outrageous. I'll never give PB my business ever again.

Got a small cup today and the amount of yogurt i received was less than I expected for the price of 6 dollars. I've been to other pink berry's and the amount of yogurt would at least have a bit of height, but the shop was a bit stingy with the amount they gave me. It was equivalent to two swirls out of the machine... definitely not worth it. I do think the machines need to run a bit colder too because my yogurt was immediately melting and I could only get scoops of melted yogurt when what i really wanted was a nice spoon of FROZEN yogurt. I hope they improve the value of yogurt given for our money.

Wait to try the minion's banana pudding ice cream. It was nothing like the picture. Although the ice cream is good, there was very little banana and no vanilla wafer cookies to go on it.so it was Misleading, not all on what the picture shows is supposed to be.

This is my favorite spot! I travel a good 30mins just to go to this Pinkberry location. All the workers are very kind & easy to talk to, the place is always clean and the frozen yogurt & toppings are top tier!!! YUM
