We did the Spanish tapas cooking class with chef Alex last night and we had the best time! Each couple was responsible for making a different dish. At the end, we each presented our dish and had a feast. Chef Alex makes the experience fun and non-intimidating. He teaches you various skills required to get you through your dish prep. The class is incredibly empowering. All the girls gained valuable insights from cutting veggies to crafting sushi rolls. Chef/coach is remarkably patient and knowledgeable. Worth every penny.

Considering the great instruction, good food, and boxes of leftovers, the cost of the class is actually quite reasonable.
